We use the latest in automated machinery to create laminated parts from sheets in one operation on our latest CNC machine. We hold tolerances of +-.005 in which is important to get an accurate piece size and holes for mating shelving, hinges and dowels so that everything fits together seamlessly. We use sophisticated software to layout the pieces for optimum positioning on our CNC machines. It is very fast and enables us to be competitive making a lot of different pieces in little time. We can do the assembly, or you can.
This ensures that the quality is very high and accuracy is precise. We want those quantities that the big cabinet makers don’t want. We can’t handle large quantities of cabinets(100’s at a time) our “Sweet Spot” is 10 to 50 cabinets per order.
Our automated edging machines applies laminate to all open edges of the pieces perfectly regardless of the shape. The dry Denver atmosphere insures that the board bought locally is extremely low in moisture thus assuring a great bond of laminate to board.
We can ship our cabinets anywhere in the country. If assembled on site, the freight is very affordable since there are a lot of flat pieces strapped to pallets.
